As a Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist it is my desire to help you obtain wellness in an holistic way. I carry working knowledge of a wide range of tools to help you reach your goals in a safe and cost effective manner.  I not only treat the symptoms of your illness or discomfort but also address the root cause of your health concerns using natural therapies with no side effects.

The Process

STEP 1: YOUR FREE INITIAL PHONE CONSULTATION

At your FREE consultation, you will be given the opportunity to share your story and your goals.

It gives you the opportunity to see if we are a good fit for you, and we get the chance to make

sure we are confident that we can help.

                                          STEP 2: YOUR INTAKE

Once you decide to move forward, we will schedule your Initial Appointment. During this visit

we will go through your health history in depth so we can customize the best treatment program

                                          for you.

STEP 3: YOUR TREATMENT PLAN AND FOLLOW-UP VISITS

You will experience your first treatment and we will move forward with your customized plan

which may include follow-up acupuncture sessions, other treatment modalities, herbal and

natural remedies, and mind-body exercises. We will include a clear estimate of sessions and

therapies required to give you the best results.

                                         STEP 4: YOUR TRANSFORMATION

Once your symptoms have improved and your body is back on track, we will reduce the

frequency of your treatments and soon after we can put you on a maintenance plan, to ensure

                                         continued well being.

 Diane Olmstead, L.Ac., MAcOM,
 Diplomate of Acupuncture, S.O.S

Her journey in healing and healthcare began 22 years ago when her younger daughter was born. Wanting to ensure the best possible health for her, she began to learn about nutrition and complimentary forms of medicine.

In 1997 she became certified as a Stress Observation Specialist through the International Institute of Applied Physiology. Using a combination of reflexology, sound therapy, flower essences and by addressing limiting thoughts and emotions, her clients were brought to a place of better health, peace and harmony in their lives.

With a strong desire to continue learning and guiding others in their healing process, Diane enrolled at the Arizona School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine where she received her Masters degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and has worked as a teacher and intern supervisor in the school clinic.  She is nationally accredited with NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) as well as Licensed in the state of Arizona. DIane has also been trained with Acupuncturists without Borders.

Chinese Medicine appealed to her because it is a well-rounded holistic medicine addressing the mind-body connection.  Diane includes Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Tui Na and other modalities in the treatment of her patients. She empowers them to be proactive in their own healing process, by guiding them with exercises and nutritional counseling.
